Letter: June 6, 2011

 

I write this letter with great thanks to the help and persistence of one of your employees. I had sewage back up into my house due to a blockage caused by roots. You were able to send the employee over to my house (which I have been doing extensive remodeling) the next day. His regular equipment had failed on the previous job, where we had to use some of the older equipment and found it to be a bit more cumbersome to operate. We put our heads and efforts together to find the problem. He spent an extra hour, which was probably into or through his lunch break. Even though he was directed to move on to another job he recognized my disparity in going into the weekend without a toilet and roommates in need.

 

Please send my sincere thanks and gratitude to Devin. He is an honest and hard worker! His extra efforts will not be forgotten and force me to recommend Cruz Plumbing, as was recommended to me by Pete Johnston with Johnston Construction.

Cruz Plumbing proposed and then installed a new sanitary sewer lateral from my house to the curb.

The technicians from Cruz Plumbing trenched and removed existing clay sewer tile from my house, under the sidewalk and to the curb. They installed new plastic pipe and new clean-outs, replacing the old clay pipe. They then back-filled the trench and re-graded the front lawn from the house to the curb. The technicians were eager to listen to my concerns. Both technicians were courteous, skilled and professional. They were careful around existing landscaping although the sheer weight of their Bobcat Backhoe proved too much for my old 40's era front walks. From the beginning of the job to the end, both technicians went out of their way to be sure I was pleased with the way the work was going. And they were careful to see that job-site was cleaned up at the end of the project.

I used Cruz Plumbing to fix a leak and put in a new kitchen faucet.

I've spent over $3,000 with them but this was a small job. They did the work very quickly. They are a big company but they are good. They always show up on time and do good work. They have completely plumbed my house for gas and water.

I wanted to let you know that Ken came to our home yesterday to complete the plumbing job. He did fix the problem and the shower is now working better than it ever has. We have always had very low water pressure in the back shower and thought it was just because the water had so far to travel but evidently that wasn’t the case because now the pressure is great.
